Cambridge Harriers have been given the opportunity to offer ten of our club athletes aged between 16 and 18 the experience of being one of the kit carriers at IAAF World Championships and the World Para Athletics Championships which are to be hosted this summer at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford.
To be eligible for this role, athletes must be a member of Cambridge Harriers, aged between 16 and 18 on 14th July 2017, and available for both the World Para Athletics Championships between 14th and 23rd July for AM (10.00-13.30) and PM (19.00-22.00) sessions, and the IAAF World Championships between 4th and 13th August for AM (10.00-13.00) and PM (19.00-22.00) sessions.
Any club members who fit this criteria that wish to apply to be one of the ten kit carriers representing Cambridge Harriers should email John Corcoran at corcoran155@aol.com or Lisa Atkinson atkinso@btinternet.com.
The club will be accepting applications up until the end of Sunday 29th January, and all applicants will go into a draw to be one of the ten. Successful applicants will be notified by April 2017at
