UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships, Nottingham (Sat. 7th Mar.) Seven of our young athletes represented Kent at the UK Inter Counties Cross Country Championships on a tough, challenging course, all putting in fantastic performances, writes Mark Newell . Lee Valley Middle Distance Open (Wed. 18th Feb.) Ayo Falola Dream Mile, Lee Valley (Wed. 4th Feb.) SEAA Indoor U20/Senior Championships, Lee Valley (Sat. 31st Jan./Sun. 1st Feb.) Club athletes claimed four medals, including an impressive double victory, at a high-class meeting at Lee Valley last weekend, reports Mick Bond .
