A very warm, sunny morning gave way to some calm and productive race conditions at the Olympic Park in Stratford. Two Cambridge Harriers took park in the race with Luke Ford taking a break from shorter track races to race in the 10km along with Nicole Miller.
Luke clocked a very respectable 36.44 and 4th place overall. Nicole Miller ran through in 58.54 in one of her first races back for the summer season.
