Petts Wood Multi-Terrain 10km

Seven Cambridge Harriers completed this event, the final designated race of the Kent Road Running Grand Prix for 2022. Ray Ramsay (pictured below) was the first club member home in 17th place in 39:58. Next in was Peter St-Amour in 65th with a time of 43:51 with Susan Dixon not too far behind in 70th (44:08). Others to finish were Liam Carr (122nd 46:59), Sally Carr (143rd 48:13), Ian McCarthy (240th 51:33) and Leslie Pullen (712th 79:10).

Manchester Half-Marathon

Richard Piggford finished in 3228th place with a time of 1:38:39.


Worthing 10km

This race starts on the seafront at Worthing, 500m west of Worthing Pier. Martin Hawkins was the only club member to participate finishing in 250th overall with a time of 45:38.


Givaudan Ashford 10km

Mark Penny (M40) was the first Cambridge Harrier to cross the line in 27th position in a time of 39:50. Catherine Martin (SENW) finished a handful of places behind Mark in 34th overall just five seconds off her personal best clocking 40:30 and just missing out on the women's podium in fourth.


Bank of America Chicago Marathon

James Pitts completed his second marathon in as many weeks finishing in 1925th position at the Chicago Marathon recording his second sub-three-hour time of 2:59.07 one-minute slower than the time he recorded in Berlin a fortnight earlier.
