Run Kent Tonbridge Half Marathon (Sun. 4th Oct.)
Eight of us enjoyed the Tonbridge Half this year with the Kent countryside looking at its best as the sun burned off the early morning mist, reports Clem Dixon. There are too many undulations for it to be a PB course but with zero wind there were still some impressive times recorded, including by the McGinty's who somehow contrived to miss the start; chip timing came to their aid but they still had to weave through backmarkers. This was the penultimate counter in our Road Grand Prix competition; congratulations to Rose Baker, it is no longer possible for anyone to catch her, the minor medal positions are still up for grabs though.
