In this competition there are usually about a dozen qualifying races, your best 6 performances count. Additionally if 10 or more club members do a race that is not on the list we will add it, but only if it is on a weekend when there was not already a race (does not apply to midweek races or parkrun). A trophy and medals are given out at the end of the year. Scoring is based on age graded performance.
