Every first Wednesday of the month we hold the Glenhurst Open Handicap. It’s a 5.3km road circuit starting and finishing at our clubhouse in Glenhurst Avenue, Bexley. After the run we enjoy a buffet and drinks served from the Clubhouse bar.
As the name states it’s open to all-comers whether club members or not. It’s always an enjoyable occasion and gives us an opportunity to meet runners from other clubs and a way of introducing new members to the club in general.
There's no race fee, the buffet is usually £3 and drinks are way below pub prices. Debit/credit cards accepted.
