The club’s first indoor fixture of the season went off successfully on the indoor track at Sutcliffe park on Sunday 22nd December. One hundred and twenty sprinters entered which was twice the entries for the equivalent fixture last year and included nineteen club members. Top results of the day were by Dante Legister and Mubarrak Salih. Both running in the Under 15 boys team Mubarrak ran a pb of 7.28 to move into 3rd place in the UK rankings whilst Dante went even quicker running 7.07 in his second round race to move him to the top of the UK Rankings for 2019 and indeed into third place in the UK All time rankings
