Results of the ballot on the restructuring of the Club from the SGM held at the Clubhouse on 25 September 2019, are presented below.
We will now proceed to register the constitution of the CIO with the Charity Commission. This may take sometime. Once the registration has been accepted, we can wind up the company which currently owns the clubhouse. Thanks to everyone who voted.
