The club got off to a winning start in their 2019 campaign for promotion in the Southern Athletics league. In a day that brought, snow and hail but also sunshine and light winds there was good team spirit and some excellent early season performances. The team featured a mixture of youth and experience and welcomed Craig Lacy back to the club after his sojourn away in the national league
