Unfortunately Sabrina missed the Kent County cross country championships today as she was competing for GB at the Great Edinburgh Cross Challenge, in the International between GB vs USA vs Europe.
Still the youngest athlete on the team at 16, she led the entire field for the first lap forcing the pace and assisting the other GB athletes to a team win. She improved on her position from last year and finished 7th, even more impressive since she was unwell in the lead up to the race affecting her preparation. The combined team results meant that GB won overall. The standard of competition was high across all the GB teams with a thrilling race from Mo Farah at the end.
