British Masters Throws Pentathlon

Updated: May 13, 2022

The British Masters Throws Pentathlon took place at Horspath, Oxford on Sunday 8th May. It was a very long but successful day for the three Club members that took part. Warwick Dixon, although the only M85 competitor, finished 4th overall (age graded combined scores), and achieved a combined score personal best.

Natalie Mann brought home the silver in the W35. She achieved a PB in the weight throw, a seasons best in the discus, and a combined score PB, which was a significant improvement on last years result. In all a very good day for Natalie.

Peter Wishart took part in the M60 event. This age group is loaded with talented throwers ⎻ that's his excuse - so no medals here, but did manage a PB in the javelin, and a significant improvement in his combined score.
