Sabrina ran her first track race for the 2016 season, yesterday, at the Watford Open Graded Meeting. In the last race of the evening she ran a PB (and new club record) and went sub 9.30.00 for the first time- 9.29.09. This is well within the European Youth Championships qualifying time (9.45.00) although it doesn’t count as it was a mixed race.
Also competing in the 3000m was Noah Armitage-Hookes who ran a PB of 9.06.75 and Ella Newton (second claim Cambridge Harriers), who ran a seasons best 10.23.74 In the 800m, Lily Newton (second claim Cambridge Harriers) also ran a season’s best of 2.32.20.
