Hastings Half-Marathon (Sun. 5th Oct.)
The Hastings Half is a hilly course through the historic town of Hastings. Runners are rewarded with plenty of music and entertainment throughout, and a downhill second half towards a seaside finish. Six club ladies made the trip to the coast, with Hayley Newman (pictured) the first to cross the finish line in 1:36:11, followed by Sophie Morris in 1:53:08. Other finishers were Joanna Barber (2:07:06), Maria Macdonald (2:15:02), Stephanie Dungate (2:37:54) and Helen Jousselin (2:41:36).

Run Kent Tonbridge Half-Marathon, Tonbridge (Sun. 5th Oct.)
Ben Shearer (who is 2nd claim Tonbridge AC) took the win at the Tonbridge Half-Marathon on Sunday with a time of 1:13:48, having finished second in 2024.

Cardiff Half-Marathon (Sun. 5th Oct.)
Bobby Babaker finished in 47th position overall, with a time of 1:10:05.
Dutch Race Walking Championships & Open, Tilburg (NED) (Sun. 5th Oct.)
Athletes from the clubs race walk training group, competed at the Dutch Race Walking Championships and Open Races, in Tilburg on Sunday. A strong wind and rainy interludes made the conditions challenging for the 60 athletes racing over different distances.
Hannah Hopper (52:48) and Luc Legon (47:52) recorded convincing wins in the Open 10km races, with Emily Ghose (2nd claim) finishing third in the 20km championship race with 1:55:25. Geraldine Legon finished 5th in the open 5km.
