A great collection of our youngsters enjoyed the mini marathon on Sunday with some close battles between them. In the U17 Girls race Ella Newton 5th held off Lara Atkinson 6th by 8 seconds. It was even closer in the U17 Boys with Joshua Olawunmi 9th just 3 seconds in front of Noah Armitage-Hookes in 10th.
Ailbhe Barnes suffered from jet lag to claim 20th in U13 Girls and Jack Adams ran well to come 31st in U13 Boys. With Alex Macheath feeling the effects of his 15 43.3 3k Walk (PB) on Saturday in 132nd.
