Cambridge Harriers womens XC team did us proud on 18th November at the London Champs on Parliament Hill. Anyone who didn’t get wet from the puddles and mud ended up soaked through from the driving rain and rather wintry North wind.
The course is quite a tough one – up hills and down dales, minding out for those pesky tree roots and low-hanging branches. Having said all that, those hardy competitors thoroughly enjoyed themselves and all came home in very respectable times. Well done everyone.
