James Barnes and Bayley Massey produced outstanding runs at Tonbridge, 7th U13B & 9th SM. With Ethan Fiore, Thomas Carbin, Theo Treadwell, Reubens Chandler and his brother Evan also producing good performances. On the girl’s side Lara ran well for 2nd to secure her Kent selection.
In the U13 girl’s Madeline Tynan started strongly but could not stay near the front and came home 14th. In the U13 boy’s Ethan lead the team home in 5th closely followed by James who was inches off 6th. Thomas just edged the rest in 40th with Theo 41st and Reuben 45th. Ailbhe Barnes had a somewhat lonely run in the U15 girl’s for 5th getting dropped by the leaders early on but well clear of the rest. Luca Treadwell improved on last time come in 35th U15 boy’s with Evan leading the U17 team home in a strong 23rd place followed by Tom Simpson in 35th. Elsewhere Ella Newton (U20) ran well to finish 9th in the senior women’s.
