About
Sutcliffe Park sports centre is the main athletics track used by Cambridge Harriers and managed by Greenwich Leisure Limited. The club host many league matches during the summer and regularly host events for the British Milers Club (BMC). The track has been open since 1954, originally as an all weather cinder athletics track, and was upgraded in 1989 to be fully synthetic. The track has a newly built pavillion incorporating a studio, male and female indoor changing facilities and shower areas, a reception area and bank for spectators.
Coaching is available to all ages from 11 upwards and is open to people of all abilities. Our main training days are Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm onwards.
Location and getting here
Sutcliffe Park is based in Eltham, south east London, just off of the A205 South Circular road. There is limited on-road parking outside of the track. The nearest train stations are Kidbrooke (1/2 mile away) and Eltham (1 mile). Bus routes that stop by the track are B16,122, 160, 178 and 321.
